Welcome to the homepage of Kirkcaldy Choral Union

Kirkcaldy Choral Union is a mixed-voice choir, approximately 60 strong, specialising in the larger sacred and secular works. Our season is from early September to late March, performing two concerts each year (December and March).

Having just performed our Spring concert, we are now taking our Summer break.

In our pages, you will find general information about the society, along with a brief history and an archive of previous works.

There are also details of the plans for next season , along with lists of other (non-KCU) events and websites that may be of interest. Please keep calling back for updated information.

We normally meet every Thursday evening between 19:30 and 21:30 in Linktown Parish Church , Nicol Street, Kirkcaldy, where we are temporarily rehearsing under the baton of Bob Barclay . We are always on the lookout for new members, particularly men (the perennial cry!!) and younger singers. Why not come along and join us. There are NO auditions.

Please feel free to email us for further information.

Kirkcaldy Choral Union is a member of 'Making Music' (the National Federation of Music Societies) and it acknowledges with thanks the financial help it receives from them, and from the Scottish Arts Council. Please find time to visit their web sites. KCU is a registered charity, number SCO20568.
